Tile And Grout Cleaning
Using our same great equipment for carpet, we can also clean your tile and grout. This is done with specialized hard floor cleaning attachments and a unique "edging" process. $200 is the minimum cost, this covers 160sqft, we then measure for the price at .95 sq ft for additional areas.

Tile and Grout Sealing
When your Tile and Grout floor is freshly cleaned, it will eagerly accept new soils. The way to combat this is by "sealing". It is a solvent based sealer, it will not leave any trace of itself, but it will continue to protect the grout lines.
