What is the difference between paying monthly and paying annually?
If you choose monthly payments, the cost is $39.95 per month. If you opt for annual billing, you save 10%, paying $35.95 per month. (Please note that any add-on features for annual members will be billed on an annual basis.)
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For more details, contact us at support@markate.com.
How will I be billed after my 14-day trial if I choose a monthly plan?
You can set up automatic monthly payments, charged to your credit card at the end of each billing cycle. Alternatively, we’ll send you a reminder email with a payment link when your next payment is due.
Is my data safe?
Yes, your data is secure with Markate. We use encrypted data connections similar to those used by banks, and we are PCI compliant. We do not store passwords or credit card information.
How many employees can I add?
You can add employees as you need. Each additional employee costs $5.00 per month.
Is there a contract?
No, there is no contract. You can pay month-to-month or save 10% by paying annually.
Can I add and remove employees myself?
Yes, you can easily add employees through your account within the desktop app. To remove an employee, make the status of the employee inactive in the system. You will only be charged for active employees.
What happens to my data and access when my subscription ends?
If your subscription lapses for non-payment, you will not have access to the Markate platform. To avoid interruptions, we recommend setting up automatic billing. We will notify you immediately if there is an issue processing your payment. If you wish to cancel, please download your data in CSV or PDF format and cancel your account by clicking this link: https://www.markate.com/pro/account
Do you offer any training? What do I do if I need help?
Yes, we provide comprehensive support and training options. Our app is user-friendly, but we’re here to help whenever you need it. How does the free trial work?
Enjoy 14 days of full access to all Markate features—no credit card required. Before your trial ends, we’ll remind you to enter your billing information to continue uninterrupted service. If your trial expires before you enter your billing info, don’t worry—nothing will be deleted. Simply update your billing details to keep using Markate.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel, contact us at support@markate.com or simply let your payment lapse. Please note that we do not offer refunds for early cancellations within a billing period.
