I hired Construction Legal Team, Construction Forensic Experts & Engineers for LIABILITIES & INCOMPETENCE of Sean Farrell Excavation. Farrell committed FRAUD & these violations, will now cost Farrell hundreds of $$$ in DAMAGE. Hire LAWYERS & construction experts if u hire Farrell…or hire qualified, competent & law abiding Contractor
