    26 Nov, 2020 I contacted Pro Carpet after a mistake I made trying to clean velvet dining room chairs on my own. I used a harsh cleaner which left my chairs in worse condition than before. It was the day before Thanksgiving and they were somehow able to squeeze us in. Not only did they repair my mistake, the chairs look like they are brand new. They even cleaned the chairs that weren’t damaged & did not charge me more. The tech was incredibly nice & wore a mask, gloves and shoe booties. Awesome experience!

    01 Oct, 2020 Professional, on time, thorough, removed pet odor and stains, refreshed the carpets so they look new...I highly recommend this company. I love how they scrub the carpets and then use the hot water to steam out the hidden stuff in carpets.
