    25 Oct, 2021 Mr. Drummond and his crew did an outstanding job on my high traffic basement/family room. I had a dark spot from a throw rug bleeding onto the carpet and he got it 95% out FOR FREE! I wasn't expecting the black spot to come out but I am pleased. He and his crew are quick and efficient. The job took 45min. I have found my new carpet care company.
