    05 May, 2023 replaced a water heater and it's been a horrible experience. Never showed up on time. When he did he didn't have the necessary parts and would have to come back. Took more than 45 days to complete job and left the old water heater in the yard after it had sat in my basement for more than a week. Stay far away. Terrible service from Andre. Piece of advise- Don't take your disputes with the warranty company out on the customer. I will be placing a complaint with the better business bureau.

    22 Mar, 2023 Was late, left twice to get parts for a leaky toilet. Second time, he never came back. Doesn't answer phone calls or texts. I paid him the service fee required by the Home Warranty, and he was outta there. Did absolutely no work!
