I am so pleased with the service and professionalism of Complete Care Systems. I had all of my tile floors cleaned and sealed. Making the appointment for the quote was easy as well as making the appointment for the final service. Tricia was very accommodating over the phone. Joe did an amazing job on our floors. They sparkle and shine. I will definitely be using them again.

Outstanding service and knowledge.
Punctual and very professional. Joe cleaned carpet area and dryer vent so thoroughly it looks like new.
Strongly recommend this company. Will keep using every year for dryer vent, and as needed for carpet and grout cleaning.

First of all, they were on time. Which for many services it’s already a lot to say. Second they are affable, thorough, and forthcoming. Third, they told us what needed cleaning and suggested some surfaces were not yet in need of cleaning to avoid overcharging. And finally, I believe the prices are very competitive. Will definitely use them from now on!

Working with Joe was a pleasure, he was punctual, very professional and knowledgeable. Took me through every step of the process as he cleaned the dryer and duct attached to the dryer, also gave me some tips for future use. Payed attention to detail, very clean and tidy. Joe is so thorough and honest. Doesn't talk you into doing things you don't need. Plus he did some area carpets and didn't charge me!He did a fabulous job on our grout cleaning! Looks like it did when we moved in 15 yrs ago! And he gets spots out of the carpet no one else was ever able to do. Our second time using Complete Care and I highly recommend using them! My sister-in-law used them for area rug and upholstery cleaning and she couldn't believe that her chairs looked like new!

Joe and Theresa from Complete Care are wonderful to work with. Joe was here exactly at the time of the appointment, got right to work, and was gone in an hour and a half. I could not believe how wonderful the carpets and area rugs turned out. He was neat, efficient and thorough. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Joe has done a Super Job on removing dark stains on light beige carpet and odors from soft suede reclining sofas for a most reasonable price. Nice citrus odor during and after cleaning. Tricia is very helpful and patient with providing information and setting or changing appointment times and days. I
highly recommend their company, and plan on adding tile cleaning next time.
