    08 Nov, 2024 After working with a designer at Floor & Decor, I scheduled an appointment with Alpha Builders. Their representative was in the store. After waiting 1:40 into the appointment "window," I received a text Jason, the owner, would be another 1:20 minutes late. I fired Alpha for not showing up on time.

    16 Dec, 2023 The contractor Jason is not consistent, does not communicate, answer or return calls. His office personnel is unprofessional. His workmen were capable and did decent work. If you choose to work with Alpha Builder's protect yourself by making sure you have a contract that describes all of the work you are expecting and a specific time the work is supposed to be completed by. If you are looking for a contractor that will give you minimal grief, don’t choose Alpha Builders.

    23 Aug, 2021 Alpha Builder has been a nightmare for us. Jason (Owner) attempted to bill me for Materials and Labor that Alpha Builder did not do. I have had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and the Registrar of Contractors. Now Alpha Builder is threatening to "file a lien on my property" Luckily for us AZ has a law against filing a known false document. We have an Aug 31 appointment with the RoC.
